Gateway to America Harbor Tour
Explore New York's remarkable history and cultural heritage on this hour-long cruise. Visit the city's five national parks, including the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges.
Step aboard an eco-friendly yellow catamaran—complete with a low-wake hull and a low-emission electronic diesel engine— for an educational and inspiring tour of New York's historic harbor. Cruise past the city's iconic landmarks, including the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, Governors Island, the Brooklyn waterfront, and downtown Manhattan.
The tour is augmented by a unique audio commentary that offers insight into the harbor's history and the geographical and environmental attributes that, for four centuries, have made it one of America's most valuable commercial assets. (The pre-recorded commentary, narrated by actress Kathleen Turner, features the voices of prominent New Yorkers such as David Rockefeller, Jr., Columbia University historian Kenneth T. Jackson, architect Daniel Libeskind, and Pulitzer Prize-winning author David McCullough. At its conclusion, Harbor Tour guests disembark with a knowledge and appreciation for New York's kaleidoscopic heritage.
